L'actuació entra dins de la dinàmica de transformació de velles instal·lacions hoteleres, en la cerca de l'excel·lència turística a l'illa. Es reforma integralment l'interior dels apartaments i es transformen les façanes mantenint la seva composició original d'arcs i corredors però incorporant la fluïdesa espacial i la transparència com a nous valors. Fusta lacada en blanc, vidre, acer Corten i el color com a protagonistes de la materialització de la transformació. The noble spaces and services of the aparthotel facilities are redesigned. Maintaining criteria similar to the first phase where the apartments and swimming pools were renovated, this new phase continues to exploit to the maximum the spatial fluidity and transparency as values. Once again, white lacquered wood, glass, Corten steel and colour are the protagonists of the materialisation of the transformation. Added to this is a large perimeter shadow, built with Flexibrick ceramic fabric, which protects the exterior and provides shelter and visual comfort to the client.
