The noble spaces and services of the aparthotel facilities are redesigned. Maintaining criteria similar to the first phase where the apartments and swimming pools were renovated, this new phase continues to exploit to the maximum the spatial fluidity and transparency as values. Once again, white lacquered wood, glass, Corten steel and colour are the protagonists of the materialisation of the transformation. Added to this is a large perimeter shadow, built with Flexibrick ceramic fabric, which protects the exterior and provides shelter and visual comfort to the client."}
