L’actuaci\u00f3 entra dins de la din\u00e0mica de transformaci\u00f3 de velles instal\u00b7lacions hoteleres, en la cerca de l’excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia tur\u00edstica a l’illa. Es reforma integralment l’interior dels apartaments i es transformen les fa\u00e7anes mantenint la seva composici\u00f3 original d’arcs i corredors per\u00f2 incorporant la flu\u00efdesa espacial i la transpar\u00e8ncia com a nous valors. Fusta lacada en blanc, vidre, acer Corten i el color com a protagonistes de la materialitzaci\u00f3 de la transformaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

The noble spaces and services of the aparthotel facilities are redesigned. Maintaining criteria similar to the first phase where the apartments and swimming pools were renovated, this new phase continues to exploit to the maximum the spatial fluidity and transparency as values. Once again, white lacquered wood, glass, Corten steel and colour are the protagonists of the materialisation of the transformation.
