La actuaci\u00f3n entra dentro de la din\u00e1mica de transformaci\u00f3n de viejas instalaciones hoteleras, en b\u00fasqueda de la excelencia tur\u00edstica en la isla. Se reforma integralmente el interior de los apartamentos y se transforman las fachadas manteniendo su composici\u00f3n original de arcos y corredores pero incorporando la fluidez espacial y la transparencia como nuevos valores. Madera lacada en blanco, vidrio, acero cort\u00e9n y el color como protagonistas de la materializaci\u00f3n de la transformaci\u00f3n.  Se redise\u00f1a los espacios nobles y servicios de las instalaciones del apartahotel. Manteniendo criterios similares a la primera fase donde se renovaron los apartamentos y piscinas, esta nueva fase sigue explotando al m\u00e1ximo la fluidez espacial y la transparencia como valores. De nuevo madera lacada en blanco, vidrio, acero cort\u00e9n y el color como protagonistas de la materializaci\u00f3n de la transformaci\u00f3n. A lo que se a\u00f1ade una gran sombra perimetral, construida con el tejido cer\u00e1mico Flexibrick, que protege del exterior y proporciona cobijo y confort visual al cliente."}
