La actuaci\u00f3n entra dentro de la din\u00e1mica de transformaci\u00f3n de viejas instalaciones hoteleras en b\u00fasqueda de la excelencia tur\u00edstica del grupo Palladium Hotel Group. Se reforma integralmente la totalidad de los edificios y de los espacios exteriores. Tomando como base el dise\u00f1o de un Masterplan se establece un dise\u00f1o paisaj\u00edstico amable y rico en contrastes de vegetaci\u00f3n (plantas aut\u00f3ctonas, ornamentales, tropicales, arom\u00e1ticas, etc) de topograf\u00eda (taludes, laderas, plataformas, etc.) de espacios (red de caminos, meetings points, piscinas, p\u00e9rgolas, etc), y de pavimentos (pavimentos mixtos, blandos, de piedra, de madera sint\u00e9tica, etc).  Las fachadas de los edificios se transforman superponiendo elementos ligeros, a modo de p\u00e9rgolas o brises soleils, sobre la original de hormig\u00f3n visto. Potenciando el car\u00e1cter de estancia exterior de las habitaciones, as\u00ed como suavizando y aligerando el duro car\u00e1cter original de los edificios.  La fluidez espacial, la transparencia visual y el control de la luz natural componen el dise\u00f1o de los espacios interiores, al que se a\u00f1ade un decoraci\u00f3n y ambientaci\u00f3n contempor\u00e1nea y sofisticada, y con gui\u00f1os al contexto mediterr\u00e1neo e hist\u00f3rico de Sicilia."}
