Como idea principal acercar al m\u00e1ximo la cocina de autor al comensal, introduciendo el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n como parte de la experiencia.  La propuesta est\u00e9tica es consecuencia de unir las dos partes, la industrial de cocinar, con la utilizaci\u00f3n de acero negro e inoxidable, y la c\u00e1lida y colorida de disfrutar comiendo, con el uso de la madera, el corcho y un pavimento de terrazo de tonalidades verdes que crea el efecto de una gran alfombra vegetal."}
