A large transparent façade, a showcase for the territories aligned with the brand, which extends, expands and relates directly to the exterior spaces: a modern landscape that contains all the concepts that the new brand will develop: Geek Paradise, a theme park for the senses, "something I deserve", a contemporary oasis that ends in the sea as a great contemplative scene.
As a counterpoint to the main idea, another kind of contemporary oasis of a more introverted character is proposed. On the south side, spaces for privacy, retreat and contemplation are proposed. Spaces reserved for Wellness uses and private spaces in contact with the natural landscape outside as a backdrop and facing south, taking advantage of the light and solar radiation as a luxury complement to the use of the Spa.
