The project maintains the façade catalogued by the regulations as an asset of cultural interest. In the same way, the interior of the site is emptied and the existing void is built on. The interstitial spaces between the old and the new become opportunities for the project. The idea of the project arises from the resolution of these spaces, configuring a central courtyard and the different terraces of the dwellings in dialogue between the old and the contemporary architecture.
